Primary responsibility for outbound business development to expand the branch’s deposit base. Also responsible for all aspects of performance within the Banking Center, including results in branch sales, service and operations. The incumbent must demonstrate a thorough knowledge and aptitude in all aspects of deposit sales, including product knowledge, operational processes, account analysis, treasury management services, online banking and alternative delivery channels used and promoted by the Bank. The incumbent must undertake outbound calling efforts and outside organizational involvement to meet and convert prospects into clients. Represent the Bank in the community and maintain a business referral network. Identify cross- selling and referral opportunities to commercial lenders and other departments within the Bank.
