  • Position Summary

    Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair, or assist with arranging for repairs of building operating systems. Resolve or coordinate facility requests for all facilities

    Essential Functions

    • Must have own transportation.
    • Provide preventive and necessary maintenance and repairs to the buildings, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems at all facilities.
    • Be responsive to employee requests in the areas of safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and environmental needs.
    • Assist with coordinate or resolve facilities requests in all facilities.
    • Ensure that necessary supplies and materials are available to effectively complete required tasks.
    • Drive daily to various Facilities.
    • Assist in monitoring a life safety program.
    • Assist with set up of special event functions.
    • Provide janitorial services to exterior of facilities, i.e. power washing of facilities and cleaning of fixtures.

     

    Qualifications

    • 3 to 5 years of experience
    • High school diploma or combination of education and work experience
    • Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
    • Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints and schematics.
    • General knowledge of painting, cleaning, and use of power equipment
    • Computer Skills with Microsoft Office products and Internet
    • Ability to lift and move heavy items (furniture, etc.)
    • Strong customer service focus and attitude regarding all customers’ requests and complaints
