Position Summary

The Bank Operations Solutions Administrator is responsible for overseeing the processes associated with the banks ISeDeposit product offering.  This position will support operational Bank staff as well as clients’ needs as requested or as a result of a needs analysis and identification in partnership with the VP, Quality Assurance and the SVP, Operations. The position is also responsible for performing operational support duties for all cash management products and services including but not limited to ACH and Debit Cards. Position will utilize personal knowledge, internal resources and impeccable client-focus to mitigate such inquiries.  Responsible for follow-up and resolution of client problems escalated to the sales staff as well as the position’s immediate supervisor or department head.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate workflow related to setting up new clients on the ISeDeposit solution. Thoroughly review all documentation to insure it is completed accurately and adheres to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Provide functional and technical support for ISeDeposit inquiries from clients to include but not limited to hardware, new client setups, annual reviews, new users, accounts and adjust daily deposit limits. Report all hardware and software issues to the VP, Quailty Assurance or the SVP, Operations relating to ISeDeposit.
  • Prepare all new ISeDeposit Services Agreements as necessary for clients as accounts, new users or entities are added or if the agreements have elapsed in accordance with the banks policy to reissue every 18 months or in the event that they relocate
  • Coordinate and complete in conjunction with the VP, Quality Assurance and SVP, Banking Operations all annual ISeDeposit client reviews
  • Debit Card support is an essential function in the position in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. This includes but is not limited to card ordering, maintenance and client and front line staff inquires
  • Administer all alerts within the ISeDeposit database to insure they are reviewed once every two weeks and remediated accordingly
  • Review the new deposit reports and closed deposit reports to determine account cleanup or account additions with ISeDeposit clients
  • Review all client deposit limits on a semi-annual basis to determine if daily deposit limits are appropriate where an annual review will not be performed
  • Solve more complex customer service inquiries and problems via telephone and/or e-mail
  • Prepare the Daily New Account Letters for the CEO to review and sign to send out to new clients
  • Complete various daily reconcilements as assigned
  • Responsible for having thorough knowledge of all applicable laws, rules, regulations and risk impacting the ISeDeposit product offerings
  • Assist with various project assignments
  • Other duties as assigned


  • College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience in Bank Operations or Treasury Management functions.
  • Must develop and maintain strong bank product and system knowledge.
  • Must be proficient in Internet architecture, how to use or coach individuals to use mainstream Internet Browsers, understand the mainstream business applications of personal computers and Internet Security.
  • Must have working knowledge of web security principles.
  • Must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and completion of required tasks in a time sensitive manner.
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills are a must for this position.
  • Ability to cross-sell banking solutions/products.
