Position Summary

Access National Bank is looking for a multi-talented, team-oriented marketer seeking to join the residential mortgage division of our growing organization! We are the largest bank based in Northern Virginia and provide banking, mortgages and wealth services. We are seeking a creative, service oriented individual with impressive writing abilities, an analytical mindset, strong inter-personal skills and creative aptitude.

Essential Functions

  • Author new content and edit existing content for marketing campaigns and materials, online and print channels, newsletters, etc.
  • Work with our compliance team to ensure that all materials are brand compliant and legally compliant.
  • Create, coordinate and manage appropriate level communications with various stakeholders to execute on strategy launches and events.
  • Help develop internal marketing collateral, proposal support, presentations, and organization/distribution of marketing materials.
  • Assist stakeholders in arranging, marketing and following–up with events, including e-vites, event registrations, venue selection etc.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases.
  • Create and execute social media and target marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with a mortgage company is a plus and competency working with Top Of Mind’s Surefire platform a HUGE plus.
  • College degree with a major in English, Marketing, or other related field and equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience serving in a marketing capacity is preferred.
  • Experience using Adobe CC in PC environment highly desirable.
  • Experience in html and using email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Writing samples and/or marketing samples required.
  • Must be comfortable in a deadline driven goal oriented sales and service environment.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • PC proficient including advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Some metro area travel possible
