  • Position Summary

    The Program begins with a six-month departmental rotation to provice CMAs with a broad foundational knowledge of how the Bank: operates; serves clients; ensures compliance, safety and soundness; generates returns for shareholders; and enhances our community.


    CMAs then prepare for a role in Commercial Lending through in-depth training on financial statement analysis, credit underwriting an risk management. CMAs also learn business development and client management skills. Continual mentoring and developmental feedback support all formal and experiential training to help ensure CMA success.


    • BA or BS degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (otherwise candidates should have 12 or more credit hours in business-related coursework)
